1. Definitions

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

• You have not previously had a naga01 account terminated for breach of these Terms.

3.2 Prohibited Jurisdictions & Restricted Persons

You are expressly prohibited from using naga01 services if you fall into any of the following categories:

• Individuals physically located in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal or where naga01 does not hold the necessary licenses to operate.
• Residents of countries subject to international trade sanctions or embargoes.

naga01 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 days of request will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be permanently closed, and all funds will be confiscated without refund.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Account Creation

To access naga01 services, you must create a unique account by providing the following mandatory information:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID)
• Date of birth (to verify 21+ age requirement)
• Residential address (street address, city, province, postal code)
• Valid email address (for account notifications and password recovery)
• Mobile phone number (for SMS verification and two-factor authentication)
• Preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah / IDR)
• Username and secure password

Each player is permitted one (1) account only. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all duplicate accounts and confiscation of funds. naga01 employs advanced fraud-detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, and payment method matching.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Within 72 hours of registration, or before your first withdrawal (whichever comes first), you must complete the KYC verification process by submitting the following documents:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), Passport, or Driver's License. The document must be valid (not expired) and clearly display your full name, date of birth, photograph, and signature.

4.3 Account Security & Confidentiality

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods & Processing

naga01 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

5.2 Withdrawal Methods & Processing Times

You may withdraw your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• You must have completed the wagering requirements for any active bonuses (see Section 6).
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available account balance (excluding bonus funds).
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account name used for deposits.

Withdrawal processing times vary by VIP tier:

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

naga01 operates a strict anti-money laundering policy in compliance with international financial regulations. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1×) before they can be withdrawn. Deposits that are withdrawn without any wagering activity will be flagged for manual review and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

We reserve the right to request additional documentation (bank statements, proof of income, source-of-funds declarations) for large deposits or withdrawals exceeding Rp 50.000.000. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 days will result in withdrawal cancellation and potential account closure.
